According to The Association of Shintō Shrines there are 29 shrines registered with it in Toshima-ku (Japanese).   I have come up with a number of 41: the difference stems from the large number of secondary in-ground shrines which are not registered with the Association.

Of the total 19 main shrines, 3 (15.8%) are Inari, as are 7 (31.8%)  of the 22 secondary shrines. Thus, of the total 41 shrines in Toshima-ku ?10 (24.4) are Inari, slightly higher the 23% nationwide figure implied in Kamata’s table. There is just one Hachiman Jinja in the ward, and two Hikawa.
