This one is very much just for the record. I came across it on the way to Morooka Kumano Jinja. I have been unable to find out very much about it.

Probably about 300 years old, it was originally located at a crossroads in Futoo-cho which connected the towns of Koyasu and Mizunokuchi before being moved to its present location. In addition to attracting local parishioners, it also attracted people who wanted to worship at the main Myogi Jinja at Mt. Myogi in Gunma-ken but were unable to do so and hence used this jinja as a substitute.

The shrine grounds were originally in a corner of the former Saishō-ji Temple, but this was abandoned sometime during the early to mid-Meiji Period leaving only a cemetery and the shrine behind. After WWII the cemetery was moved to the nearby Daijo-ji Temple. After this much road construction and widening took place around the shrine and it shrunk to its present size. It was refurbished in 1976.
