Background

I came across this shrine while walking from Kitazawa Hachiman Jinja to Daita Hachiman JInja. It occupies a small corner in a residential area, and other than the comment in the Daita Hachiman Jinja page about it adjoining the Enjo-in Temple,  I have been unable to find any substantial reference to it. The pictures, modest as they are, will thus have to do the speaking.
