According to The Association of Shintō Shrines there are 48 shrines registered with it in Itabashi-ku (Japanese).   I have come up with a number of 83: the difference stems from the large number of secondary in-ground shrines which are not registered separately with the Association.

Of the total 28 main shrines, 7 (25%) are Inari, as are 15 (27.3%)  of the 55 secondary shrines. Thus, of the total 83 shrines in Itabashi-ku 22 (26.5%) are Inari, higher the 23% nationwide figure implied in Kamata’s table. There are 4 Hachiman Jinja in the ward, 7 Hikawa.
