March: a Stellar Month

I will be posting statistics related to my webpage’s growth (hopefully not lack of) on a monthly basis from now on.

According to Google Analytics March was a stellar month for rodsshinto.com, but Wix’s analytics are slightly less sanguine.


The Top four performance metrics are 1) number of users, 2) number of sessions, 3) bounce rate, and, 4) average session duration.


Number of users: Google reported a 54.3% mom increase, Wix 11.4%.

Number of sessions: Google +45.6%, Wix +11.7%

Bounce rate: Google: down by 6.8%, Wix down 12.4% (for this metric a decrease is positive)

Average session duration: Google +26.7%, Wix +22.0%.
